the National Council for Special Needs (NCSE)
This series of documents give suggestions as to how the standard
primary /junior secondary curriculum might be modified for students
with special needs. Although this is essentially for teachers it
is useful for parents to be able to see the ideas in it.
Submisiion to NCSENOTE: the "Overview" section contains parts that are impossible to read. However, the other books are OK. NPSA Education Policy. This document describes current thinking within the NPSA on how the education system should cater for students with special needs. In 2005 the NCSE called for submsiions on issues such as how the EPSEN Act might be rolled out.

IEPs Guidelines on the Individual Education Plan Process This
has been publiched by the National Council for Special Educational to
assist schools and parents in the preparation of Individual Education
Plans.
