NCSE Implementation Report
This report, handed to the Minister in 2006 set out the NCSE’s
views and recommendations on a plan for the implementation of the
Education for Persons with Special Educational Needs (EPSEN) Act, 2004.
With the recession , much of the plan has not been implemented.
