These video clips are still very large and can take over an hour to download even on a fast broadband connection. Following the instructions below will give a better playing experience.
When the video opens in the new window, click into the window and press pause. Then leave the window open and the video will download to your computer. Some time later click the play button to play the video. You can pause, play and stop the video at any time and restart again as long as you leave that window open. You can also drag the slider along at the bottom of the screen to a particular section. Any problems with this please email support @ support@npsa.ie
